Big Bad Voodoo Daddy

Benefit Concert for Ventura Unified Schools

entura Education Partnership (VEP), Ventura Unified School District (VUSD), and the City of Ventura Office of Cultural Affairs presented the sold-out Big Bad Voodoo Daddy benefit concert. More than $60,000 was raised to provide art and music programs including choir, jazz, theater, marching band, orchestra, and visual and performing arts for local elementary, middle, and high school students.

The world-renowned band, which debuted 20 years ago in the members’ hometown of Ventura, donated its time and talent in support of music and art education. For more information about the VUSD Arts Education Master Plan and upcoming Ventura Education Partnership events, visit vep4vusd.org.
